It's cool to be made of squares

Still cheesy, I know

Zombie hand erupts from beneath gravestone

I'm not very good at art. So I decided to try the everyman's art, which is, to me, pixel art.

Now I can say I'm ok at art.

Here are a few things I've drawn over the last two years or so, starting late 2021. This one on the left is nothing, just a funny little scene I thought I'd try out. Most of my art has more of a purpose or an end goal in mind. I'll talk about each one in turn.

A Riggishly handsome face in pixel art

My brother is the real artist, especially when it comes to character art. He has a bunch of characters he draws, but sometimes he does little personas for people. He made this one of me, and I essentially copied it in pixel art form. He's the genius creator, but I've made it my own. If you want to see his art, you can check it out here on twitter.

Riggy rotating above Coco in parody of silly cartoons

I have my moments of genius, too. Here is a little gif I made of my brother's persona and mine. It's a parody of the beginning scene of The Return of the Pink Panther, with him as Clouseau and me as the Pink Panther. The full thing was going to be longer, but animating is hard! I do have more than this animated, but this was the best looking part.

I'm pretty proud of how 3D it is even though I hand drew it. On a computer.

Top down view with a fish eye lens effect of a kitchen at night. Spooky.

This is one of many fish-eye lens top-down images I made as concept art for a game. I am not currently working on this game, but this is one of the better pictures I had to show. I'm working on other games I care about less right now. If they end up making enough money, I'll invest more resources into this game. It's one of those times where it either needs to be made perfectly or not at all, that's how much I care about it.

Earl, Randy, Joy, and Catalina from My Name is Earl as pixel sprites

I was just practicing character art, so I drew a few characters from My Name is Earl purely for fun. Crabman is in the works.
